Customized Reminder |
You or your loved one
receive two calls per day with a recorded reminder message. No
repeat attempt made if the line is busy or not answered. This
is strictly an automated service.

Backup
|
Same service as the
Customized Reminder, but with the added assurance of a live operator
backup. If the call is not answered or the line is busy, the call
is presented to a live operator.

Live Operator Contact |
The operator calls
at a designated time each day. You or your loved one can choose
to receive one, two, or three calls per day.

Auto Voice Monitoring |
You or your loved one
leaves a message in a personal voice monitoring system that must
be cleared within a specified period of time. This self-regulated
system can be used as often as needed.

*Emergency protocol will be initiated if a client does not
answer the telephone or clear the auto-voice monitoring message
within the designated time frame; there is a busy signal;
the client requests emergency protocol to the operator or
uses an emergency code phrase; or the client fails to provide
pre-designated information during an operator contact. When
emergency protocol is initiated, the operator will make six
attempts to reach one of the responders, the operator will
call 911. A consent form must be on file from the client to
authorize the dispatching of 911 when necessary.
**Prices
vary according to how many calls are scheduled, length of
live
operator contact, number of emergency protocols initiated,
and changes to time or frequency of calls or responders.
There is
also a $15 setup fee for all accounts.
